Our (XRPLWin) assessment: 

Xrpaynet is mobile app that lets you create “wallet” with ease, this is not real wallet but allocated internal account on their XRPL account - this means “Not your keys not your crypto”, if paynet wants to they could rug your funds, deny your funds or do whatever they want. Beware - You are trusting them to hold your funds on your behalf. This business logic does not create trust and it is highly risky for investors.
